Not every customer finds us for themselves. Sometimes it’s a happy accident. In Roy’s case, he discovered us from a few thousand miles away… with the assistance of a helpful nephew, that is. Roy settled in sunny southern Europe a number of years ago, but the hunt for his first pair of hearing aids brought his interest right back home.
“I’d already had my hearing checked locally – not that I needed anyone else to tell me I was going stone deaf,” Roy laughs. “Hearing aids had been a long time coming, but I couldn’t find a pair that suited me. All the options felt too pricey, and it was hard to justify the cost. I’d invested just about all I had in a nice retirement out here.
