Whether it’s issued by us, or someone else, we need a recent audiogram to ensure your hearing aids are tailored specifically to your needs.
Therefore, if you have an audiogram less than six months old, you’ll need to send us a copy. If not, don’t worry – simply book one of our convenient advanced home hearing tests as part of your order, and we’ll take care of it free of charge!
